Request a Return
Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags and security seals still attached, ensuring the completed return form is included inside.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
